Dinghy wheels for a Duck

For the past too many years, the Terror of the Sea has been stuck at the back of the garage. I had only a single trailer and other boats were living on it. We recently acquired a pickup truck and I dreamed of getting out on the water without having to haul a trailer. I wanted a way to get the PDRacer easily into the back of the truck. I had built a dolly for it in the past, but it was heavy and ungainly. I ran across a set of dinghy wheels on Amazon and thought they'd be perfect. Since the transom was just 1/4' ply, I built some starboard backers from some scraps to mount the wheels. The wheels work great and don't get in the way of the tiller, etc. For longer sails I can remove the wheels and store them in the back compartment. I can't wait for the weather to warm back up to the 50s or so and I'll head to the lake to test it all out.
